Can I make a complaint over the phone? Why do I have to put it in writing?

All complaints must be received using our online complaints form, via email or via post. Our process requires that we deal with the consumer’s concerns in their own words. Complaints can be emailed to asa@asa.co.nz or posted to PO Box 10675, Wellington 6143.
